Manufacturers Limited Warranty

Forno Venetzia Ovens and Accessories carry a Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty guaranteeing all parts are free of defects for a period of two years from original date of purchase under normal residential use. However, with proper care and maintenance they will last for many years more. All service provided under warranty must be performed by Forno Venetzia Corporation or its authorized service providers, unless otherwise specified by Forno Venetzia Corporation.

FORNO VENETZIA CORPORATION WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.

Please note that chips and cracks in the refractory bricks are considered normal as this is part of the intrinsic nature of the material. Chips and cracks in the refractory bricks do not affect the performance of the oven and are not covered under warranty.

Replacement bricks are available for purchase directly from our North American distributor SLR International Ltd

Please retain your proof of purchase along with the production lot number that can be found on the carton label for future reference.

For winter storage we suggest using a Forno Venetzia Cover or by storing your oven indoors such as a garage or garden shed. Accessories at the top of this page.

Forno Venetzia Accessories should be stored indoors when not in use as per the Use & Care Guide that is included with the accessories.

Please note the warranty is void in the following cases:

If the oven is not properly used and installed as described in the Owner’s Manual and Assembly Guides.

If the oven has been modified or altered in any way.

For Wood Burning Ovens - if a fuel is used other than that expressly stated for use with the oven.

DO NOT USE CHARCOAL, COAL, ARTIFICIAL LOGS OR STARTER/LIGHTER FLUID, KEROSENE, LANTERN OIL, GASOLINE OR OTHER ACCELERANTS.

If the damage is the result of the use of chemicals and or cleaning products or solutions either inside the oven or outside the oven.

Damage to parts that are decorative in nature and/or not functional to the operation and performance of the oven such as fading of painted surfaces and minor rust due to the proximity of salt water.

If the oven is used for professional applications or purposes.

Damage to the internal chamber caused by throwing wood and/or other objects into the oven. Gently place wood into the fire using heat resistant gloves or a fire poker.

Damage caused by exceeding the recommended maximum temperature of 800°F/425°C.

Use only authentic Forno Venetzia replacement parts.

If accessories are not stored indoors when not in use.

Warranty Claim

In order to make a warranty claim, please email customerservice@fornovenetiza.com and include proof of purchase, the serial number (found on the back of the oven), and detailed images clearly showing the issue of concern.
Forno Venetzia Corporation (FVC) reserves the sole right to determine whether or not a product is defective. Additionally Forno Venetzia Corporation (FVC) reserves the sole right to either repair any confirmed defect with replacement parts, or exchange the product. In the case of exchange, an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) will be issued by FVC or its Authorized Distributor SLRIntl Ltd. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged for return to avoid shipping damage and all parts are included and the product is shipped “Prepaid”. We strongly recommend including freight insurance in case of loss or damage. Please send us several images of the product packaged before it is shipped in case of damage during shipping, so an insurance claim can be made.
Once your product has been received in good condition and the defect confirmed, a replacement unit will be shipped back to you Prepaid.
In case of missing parts, or accessories, a restocking charge of 20% will apply.
Forno Venetzia (FVC) and SLRIntl reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if any of the following apply: the item that is returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer - the returned item is missing parts - the item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging - the item being returned has been obviously abused (such as exceeding the maximum recommended temperature).

When your oven arrives

Before signing for your oven, inspect the box for any visible damage.

In the unlikely event your oven or accessories arrive with significant damage simply refuse the shipment. Please contact your retailer immediately via email including your Sales Order # along with your complete name and shipping address including phone number and include several images. We will work with your retailer to arrange a replacement.

If your oven or accessories arrives with some minor damage to the carton, please mark “Received with Possible Concealed Damaged” on the bill of lading when the delivery is signed for. If upon opening and inspecting your oven or accessories, there is in fact some damage please contact your retailer immediately. Email your retailer a copy of the bill of lading including the “Received with possible Concealed Damaged” statement clearly visible. Also if possible please include several images to help them determine the extent of the damage. We will work with your retailer to find a solution.

Depending on the extent of the damage we will work with your retailer and arrange for a replacement part to be sent to you, usually within five (5) business days. If, in the opinion of Forno Venetzia, the issue cannot be repaired with replacement parts, we will work with your retailer to exchange the damaged unit for a replacement.

If the delivery is signed for without any reference on the bill of lading to the possibility of concealed damage, the product will be considered delivered in good condition. Any subsequent report of damage will be deemed to have occurred after the delivery was completed and is not covered by warranty. If your order has no visible signs of shipping damage, open it and inspect it to ensure it is complete and received in good condition. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

If we do not receive any report of missing parts or accessories within 48 hours of signing for your order, it will be deemed to have been delivered complete and in good condition.

Please keep all packaging materials in case the product has to be returned. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that any returned product is adequately packaged and protected from further damage during the return. Any damage from inadequate packaging will result in additional charges and/or re-stocking fees.

Return Policy

If your purchased your Forno Venetzia product from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them directly for their Return Policies and Procedures.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Forno Venetzia Corporation, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase on your Packing Slip. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges including insurance. Forno Venetzia Corporation (FVC) will refund your purchase within 48 hours of receiving the item, minus any original and return shipping costs incurred by FVC. If the return is a result of our error, we will not charge you for return freight costs.


All returns must be new, unused, resaleable and in its original condition (including all original packaging, accessories and manuals) and received free of damage. Failure to do so may result in your refund being refused and/or re-stocking fees applied at FVC’s sole discretion. If your return request is due to a product defect or damage, FVC will first work with you to repair or replace the damaged part or product. If repair is not an option, we will exchange the product.


All returns require an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Products returned without an RMA # will be refused and no refund will be granted. In addition, we will require a few images before the item is returned. This is to better understand why the product is being returned. It also serves as proof of the condition of the product before it is returned in case it suffers any shipping damage on the way back to us. This is used to file an insurance claim with the carrier in the case of any shipping damage.


To facilitate a problem free return process, please ensure the product(s) are clean, and the packaging is sufficient to prevent shipping damage. Failure to ensure the product is properly packed for the return shipping may result in your refund being denied and/or restocking charges.

To return an item

Please email us at customerservice@fornovenetzia.com and enter Return in the subject line. Please provide the reason for the return and the details of the shipment. We will reply with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please mark this number on the return packing slip and on the carriers Bill of Lading shipping form. Items being returned without an RMA # will be refused and returned at owner’s expense.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, it must be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for the same item. Used items will not be accepted for return or refund.

Important:

NOTE: IF THE SHIPPMENT IS SIGNED FOR WITHOUT ANY NOTATION OR REFERENCE TO DAMAGE ON THE BIL OF LADING (BOL), IT WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION. ANY DAMAGE REPORTED AFTER DELIVERY WILL BE DETERMINED TO HAVE OCCURRED AFTER DELIVERY AND WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.

Important information about refund eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be within 30 days of delivery in newunused, and resalable condition in the original packaging.

The costs of shipping are deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.

You can choose to either exchange the item (in most cases) or get a refund for the amount of the items purchased.

Refunds do not apply to certain items, including clearance items and items clearly marked as "non-returnable".

Refunds must be applied to the same credit card, debit card, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

In many cases, refunds are not processed until the item is inspected upon return delivery.

Restocking Fees may apply in special cases.

Forno Venetzia (FVC) reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:

The item that is returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.

The returned item is missing parts or the original product's packaging.

The item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.

The item being returned has been obviously used.
